We’ve been through the homebuying process before, but working with Julie and her team really stood out. They moved fast, communicated well, and kept everything on track from start to finish. This deal definitely wouldn’t have gone through without them. There were several rounds of paperwork and revisions due to negotiations, and her team handled each one quickly and efficiently. The only thing we would have liked was a bit more explanation on some of the documents we were signing since there was a lot to go through. But overall, Julie’s team was professional, responsive, and really good at what they do. We ended up with a great rate and a smooth closing, and we’re really thankful for all their hard work behind the scenes to make it happen.

She was responsive and patient with all our questions. My loan got sold twice before I could even make the first payment which became a nightmare for me. But, I don't hold Julie responsible for that. Perhaps the business she works for had a hand in that. I don't know.

Gave them all our information to see if we qualify for Homes for Heroes and days later I haven't heard a peep but I've turned down multiple other mortgage specialists thinking I was working with these guys. Don't feel safe knowing a company has all our information and doesn't communicate at all! This company has permanently lost my business. Whether I qualify right now or not a lack of communication is a kiss of death. When I do qualify (I am not even sure because they don't communicate) I'll be working with a different company. One that knows what customer service is.

My experience closing and getting the mortgage was perfect. It has been since then that things have gone downhill. I just recently had Churchill stop the escrow account because there were errors made on my escrow account all year and they owe me over $3000 which is not the worse thing that happened. The worse thing that happened is that nobody could explain why that happened after I called three times to have them explain why my mortgage payment went up by $281/month for 2021. I have a fixed rate mortgage and my taxes went up only $100 for 2021 and my insurance went up by $2/month. It has been a nightmare trying to get information from this mortgage company. I finally had a family member go over all the paperwork and it turns out they charged me double my taxes last year. Knowing this, I would never use or recommend this mortgage company in the future.

Julie is a FANTASTIC mortgage broker. She has done dozens of home loans and refinances for my friends and clients and everyone has been very happy with her service. Personally, I think the thing that sets her apart is her excellent communications skills. Don't get me wrong, she is very good at finding the right loan with the lowest rate for her clients, but in a business where just getting someone to call you back is not always easy- Julie far exceeds expectations. She texts, emails, calls, whatever. Personally, I'm a texter, and she is great about staying in touch in a very efficient way. Julie is someone who is kind and respectful and worthy of seeing all of your intimate financial information. She's honest about what kind of loan she can get you. You can trust that (barring any sort of total craziness popping up on your credit report right before closing) the number she gives you when you sit down and pre-qualify for your house will be the SAME ONE you see the day you go to sign the paperwork on your house.
